Troubleshooting
We have had a number of reports from users who are having problems purchasing or installing Back to the Drawing Board from Windows Store.
The solutions listed on this page have solved most of these problems. Please give them a try if you are experiencing any these problems.

Windows Store - Can't install, update or run the app
- Windows Store cache is corrupted

Run the Windows 10 Store troubleshooter at https://solutions.diagnostics.support.microsoft.com/run/6b089dc3-50d6-4add-9959-337fca72c533.
If you're running Windows 8, go to the "search charm" at the left edge of the screen, type "wsreset" and run the tool.
The Store app will load when the tool finishes running.
Then try installing the app.
- Windows system files are corrupted or missing

Use Microsoft's System File Checker to scan and fix your system file.

- Incomplete Windows Updates

If your PC was recently updated, but wasn't restarted, you may need to restart your PC before you can install apps from the Store.

Many Windows 10 Store issues can be resolved using the Troubleshooting control panel.
Go to the Windows search box, type "troubleshooting" and open the control panel.
Select "View all" from the list on the left side of the window.
The Background Intelligent Transfer Service, Incoming connections, Windows Store Apps, and Windows Update
troubleshooting tools can be helpful in resolving Windows Store problems.
- Sync Windows Store licenses (Windows 8/8.1)

Go to the Windows Store settings.
Select "App updates."
Tap or click the "Sync licenses" button on the "App updates" screen.
Windows Store - Can't purchase the app
- Your Purchase Couldn’t Be Completed -or- Something happened and your purchase can't be completed

Make sure the "Windows Update" service is enabled.
If this service is not running in background or if the service is set to disabled, you'll get this error message when trying to download apps from Windows Store.
Open the Services Manager by typing "Services" in the search box.
Scroll down to "Windows Update" and double-click.
Make sure "Startup Type" is not set to "Disabled." It may help to set it to "Automatic."
Also make sure "Windows Firewall" is set to "Automatic."
- Incorrect country setting

Windows Store purchases can fail if your country is not set to the country in which your computer actually resides.
Type "Location" in the Windows search box and select "Change your country or region."
Make sure your "Country or region" setting is correct.
Windows Store - license problems
- App was purchased but license is not valid

Make sure you are logged as the same Windows user that purchased the license.
Windows Store licenses are issued per user account, not per machine.
You can use the licensed app on any Windows computer as long as you are logged in using the licensed user account.
Other user accounts on the same machine will not be able to use the app.
