Origin

The Origin tool shows the current location of the drawing origin as a triangle △ marker at the drawing's (0, 0) location in model space. This point can be moved to any other location by dragging this triangle △ marker. The coordinates of the origin are also shown as an offset from the top left corner of the drawing sheet in paper units and as an offset from the lower left corner of the drawing sheet in model units. Keep in mind that the positive Y-direction is from top to bottom in paper space, and from bottom to top in model space.

Coordinates shown or entered in the Coordinate entry section of the Control Panel are expressed in model units relative to the model origin.

This tool has no App Bar options.
